“I returned to Australia in September 2020 after spending many years in Asia. I was unable to renew my passport in China because of the pandemic and I couldn’t travel in Australia because of the lockdown in other states. It was difficult also to try and contact the passport office in the UK so I searched online and came across U.K.ABROAD. I undertook some reviews of their service from satisfied customers and decided that they would be the best option to get a new British Passport.
I contacted them online and received an answer within a couple of hours and I was contacted by Elyse who provided me with details of the process that would be used to get a new British passport. As my previous passport had expired in 2002, I had to get a brand new passport which added to the time and of course required more documentation. However, Elyse guided me step by step and provided support when things got a little difficult – I live in country SA which is very different to living in the city where services are close at hand. Nevertheless, things worked out extremely well, U.K.ABROAD and Elyse kept me up to date with the progress and I was very happy to receive my passport yesterday – the 13th of October 2021.
There are I am sure, organisations who promise much but deliver little by way of services. This is not the case with U.K.ABROAD. The process is set out very clearly, the costs that you will incur are clearly defined and the support person that is assigned to you, provides just that, support. I have nothing but praise for U.K.ABROAD and of course Elyse. I would recommend them immediately if you require updating your British passport.”
